By creating an account or using stmtly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may only upload documents you are legally authorised to process. You must not use stmtly to process fraudulent, stolen, or illegally obtained financial documents.

Credits are consumed at one per PDF page and are non-refundable except where a parse fails before AI processing begins. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

stmtly is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for errors in parsed output. Always review exported data before use in financial systems. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
